Our services are offered 7 days a week, and we have service availability from early in the morning to late in the evening. Our schedules change frequently, so a schedule will be made available as soon as you’re ready to begin and submit your availability.
Our sessions run 50 minutes in length, but we ask that you allow a full hour in your schedule. We make every effort to begin and end on time , however we ask that you allow a 10 minute grace period for any unforeseen circumstances or traffic delays.
Our trainers and instructors work on a scheduled appointment basis. Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, we ask that you cancel your appointment 24-hours before your scheduled session. When given 24-hour notice, you will be free to reschedule your session with no charge. Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full non-refundable price.
Locations & Trainers
Most of our services are mobile – we come to you! Studio 401, our garage gym, is located in Oro Valley at a private residence between Tangerine and Naranja on First Avenue. For more details please contact us.
GoFit520 services Tucson and the surrounding area, including Northwest, West, Foothills, and now servicing Oro Valley including Saddlebrooke!
We will certainly try to accommodate your preference, however each trainer/instructor services a distinct geographic area within the Tucson area.
Payments, Packages, and Memberships
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and checks. Payments are due 72 hours prior to all scheduled sessions and can be processed through our secure Mindbodyonline.com payments processor.
Yes. We discount our service packages and therefore require full pre-payment.
“Flex” Sessions:
6 session packages – 45 days from the first scheduled session.
12 session packages – 60 days from the first scheduled session.
36 session packages – 120 days from the first scheduled session.
Memberships are month to month and are due on the 1st or the 15th.
GoFit520 does not issue refunds for unused sessions. Sessions and memberships are not transferable. Sessions that are not conducted prior to the package expiration date are considered forfeited.
GoFit520 reserves the right to terminate contracts for packages and memberships in its sole discretion. In case of any such termination, GoFit520 will refund any unused funds.
Any sessions that are not canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be forfeited and charged the full session price. Rescheduling is contingent upon your trainer’s availability. Rescheduling may only occur twice within a four week schedule without incurring a $25 re-booking fee.
Logistics
GoFit520 recommends meeting with your trainer three times per week, however this varies and is dependent on your goals. Typically a client that wants to lose weight will meet with their trainer at least 3 times per week if not more. A client that has met their goals may decide to meet only twice a week to stay on a maintenance routine. There are also clients that are very self motivated that may meet with a trainer once a week or once a month just to freshen up their routine.
